Salary: MMK 1,500,000 – 2,000,000 per month (depending on qualifications and experience) + Performance Bonus

Your mission is to build the operating systems, strengthen managers, improve execution, and create an organization that continues to grow without depending on the Founder for day-to-day operations.
Job Purpose
The Head of Operations serves as the operational leader of Elevate Education and the Founder & CEO’s key execution partner.
Working directly with the Founder & CEO, you will transform strategy into execution, build scalable systems, improve operational excellence, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and develop leaders across the organization.
You will ensure the business operates efficiently today while building the operational foundation required for future growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build a Scalable Organization
- Design, implement, and continuously improve company-wide systems, workflows, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Build operational frameworks that support sustainable business growth.
- Standardize processes across departments to improve consistency and efficiency.
- Reduce dependency on individuals by building repeatable and scalable systems.
- Drive continuous improvement throughout the organization.
2. Lead Company Execution
- Translate company strategy into actionable execution plans.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional projects across all departments.
- Monitor progress and ensure company priorities are delivered on time.
- Remove operational bottlenecks and improve execution speed.
- Ensure departments remain aligned with company objectives.
3. Develop High-Performing Leaders & Teams
- Coach and support department managers to improve leadership and execution.
- Strengthen accountability across the organization.
- Support recruitment planning, onboarding, and leadership development.
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
- Help teams become increasingly independent and capable of solving problems without constant CEO involvement.
4. Improve Business Operations
Lead and continuously improve operations across:
- Office Administration
- Procurement & Purchasing
- Facilities Management
- Asset & Inventory Management
- Fleet & Driver Operations
- Business Travel & Logistics
- Vendor & Supplier Management
- Company Events
- Branch Office Operations
- Ensure all operational functions remain efficient, scalable, and cost-effective.
5. Build Operational Excellence
- Monitor company KPIs and operational performance.
- Conduct weekly management meetings and follow up on action items.
- Develop executive dashboards and operational reports.
- Improve internal communication and cross-department collaboration.
- Ensure important decisions are executed effectively.
6. Drive Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Introduce automation, AI tools, and digital solutions where appropriate.
- Recommend and implement better ways of working.
- Build systems that enable future expansion.
7. Support Business Expansion
- Lead operational planning for new branch offices.
- Coordinate operational readiness for expansion projects.
- Ensure consistent standards across all office locations.
- Support new business initiatives assigned by the Founder & CEO.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first 12–24 months, you will have:
- Built scalable operational systems and SOPs across the company.
- Improved collaboration and accountability across all departments.
- Successfully delivered company-wide strategic initiatives.
- Reduced operational inefficiencies through automation and continuous improvement.
- Developed stronger managers capable of making independent operational decisions.
- Built a high-performing operational culture that supports business growth.
- Enabled the Founder & CEO to spend significantly more time on strategy, partnerships, commercial growth, and expansion.
