Responsibilities

Lead and Responsible for Finance & Accounting, General Administration, Customer Services and Human Resources area. Report directly to Korean Managing Director of Myanmar Branch Office.
Finance & Accounting
• Strategic management analysis, collection and preparation of accounts, exercising effective control over the financial resources and management data as well as the interpretation financial information them including researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance and assessing the financial implications of new or existing ventures as business’s planning & performance monitoring process and identify insights from the analysis, convert the results into actions
General Administration:
• Managing ensure that all the operation expenses are utilized effectively and efficiency, maintain and supply company facilities, assets and equipment to internal parties
Customer Services:
• Managing the development and implementation of operational strategies for Customer Service.
• Provides leadership, vision, insight and motivation and translates strategies and goals to developing Customer Service best practices to ensure clear line of sight between individual processes and organizational performance.
• Develop and implement effective business practices and ensure operational excellence within the customer service area
Human Resources:
• Managing overall human resources perspectives in recruitment, monitor team performance, train appraise and set career development path for each of the team member including compensation and benefits
• Working with HR team in Thai Samsung closely to ensure directions are aligned with corporate policies
Others
• Prepare monthly and ad hoc reports to Thai Samsung on financial, marketing, operating, and human resources performance as and when required

Job Requirements

• Burmese nationality only, Male or Female, 35-40 years old
• Minimum of 12 years overall Finance & Accounting, General Administration, HR and Customer Services
• 5 Years working experience in management level (managing the team)
• Demonstrated ability to set clear expectations and communicate effectively
• High Customer orientation: recognition and credibility with the customer as a trusted, collaborative and productive.
• Strong analytical, financial, problem solving, planning and business skills
• High Financial Aptitude: possesses strong business acumen and work under high pressure
• Detail-oriented: holds others accountable for commitments
