• MBA preferred; candidates with strong multi-branch operations experience will also be considered
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in operations management
• Proven experience managing multi-branch or multi-location businesses
• Experience in trading, distribution, retail, or building materials industry preferred
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent operational and problem-solving ability
• Ability to manage large teams and multiple business units
• Data-driven and results-oriented mindset
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP Business One is a plus)
• Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, and inventory management
• Good command of English (spoken and written) for reporting and communication
• Highly disciplined and accountable
