MBA preferred; candidates with strong multi-branch operations experience will also be considered

Minimum 10–15 years of experience in operations management
Proven experience managing multi-branch or multi-location businesses
Experience in trading, distribution, retail, or building materials industry preferred

Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Excellent operational and problem-solving ability
Ability to manage large teams and multiple business units
Data-driven and results-oriented mindset

Experience with ERP systems (SAP Business One is a plus)
Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, and inventory management

Good command of English (spoken and written) for reporting and communication

Highly disciplined and accountable
Strong execution capability
Able to work under pressure
Proactive, hands-on, and result-oriented
