Provide day to day HR services and support to the business include, people management attendance support, Labor relation, training and development plan
Provide the full HR service from operational services to strategic HR support and direction
Assist with Adhoc HR projects
Manage and handling of administrative process and procedures
Provides administrative support for the maintenance of the telephone, communication and computing system.
Performs other duties under HR/Admin Coordinator’s responsibilities as required
Present and Coordinate overall HR statistics and Admin Tasks to Management Team

Job Requirements

Any graduate bachelor degree
Age 25 and above
At least 2 years’ experience in HR and admin coordination field (Preferably in Engineering Industry)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Email
Excellent communication skills with employee and departmental key person
Strong knowledge of Myanmar employment and Labor Laws
Good command in both written and spoken English
Able to communicate with other team members
