Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Participate in briefings for Transport and Admin/HR teams and in other affairs.
  • Manage vehicle records, fuel issues, and daily kilo/fuel records.
  • Monitor vehicle checklists and gate/out pass documents.
  • Maintain Admin/HR expense summary, purchase list, and raincoat inventory etc…
  • Process office supply orders, prepare Advance Claim Forms, and liaise with suppliers.
  • Coordinate procurement trips and oversee office vehicle maintenance.
  • Manage uniform, distribution, and inspections and other administrative related tasks.
  • Issue cleaning item, stationary requests and monitor vehicle usage.
  • Coordinate minor M&E and collaborate with suppliers.
  • Ensure monthly reports as per related jobs as a timely manner.
  • Supervise daily Cleaning and Security the whole office Environment.
  • Support Human Resources and transport team, attend meetings and HR activities and Seasonal occasion.
  • Ensure timely task completion and prepare daily reports to HOD and management team.
  • Other related tasks assigned by HOD and Management

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor's degree or Diploma in related field.
  • Proven minimum 4years of experience in a supervisory role in administration or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of office equipment and procedures.
  • Good in interpersonal Skill.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
  • Good in filing System.
