HR Strategy & Compliance

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support KIYOI’s growth, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and legal regulations.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Lead recruitment and onboarding processes to attract, hire, and integrate top talent across all departments.

Performance & Development

  • Manage performance systems (MBO/OKRs) and execute training programs to build a high-performing, continuously learning workforce.

Compensation & HR Operations

  • Oversee payroll, benefits, and HR records to ensure fair, accurate, and efficient operations.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Promote a positive workplace culture through conflict resolution, feedback systems, and engagement initiatives.

Policy & Risk Management

  • Maintain and enforce HR policies, handle disciplinary actions, and minimize legal and compliance risks.

Administrative Oversight

  • Supervise office operations, procurement, vendor management, and ensure proper documentation and company compliance.

Event & Internal Coordination

  • Organize internal meetings, training sessions, and company events to support smooth operations and team cohesion.

Job Requirements

Key Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s/HR certification preferred).

Experience

  • 10+ years in HR and admin roles, including 5+ years in management; FMCG or distribution background preferred.

Language

  • Fluent in Burmese and English; capable of bilingual communication and documentation.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Myanmar labor law & HR practices
  • Experience with OKR/MBO performance systems
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software (e.g., Odoo, BambooHR)
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
