Job Descriptions

  • Monitor Office Supplies, and Stationary inventory ensuring timely and effective cost purchasing.
  • Manage Vehicle Management and assist office car maintaining and monitoring and repairing.
  • Coordinate with Ventors and technicians for the maintenance of the Office equipment. (printers, AC units and etc.)
  • Manage Travel arrangements for managements and staffs including flight booking.
  • Arrangements for car Requesting, Coordinating, Vehicles and Drivers to ensure safe timely and efficient.
  • Document and record, maintain filling systems, prepare report, drafting documents and all data access.
  • Handling corresponding includes Phone Calls, Answering, Greeting visitors, …
  • Checking for general supporting staffs (Cleaner, Gardener) as Check lists of Office and environmental Cleaning.
  • Prepare onboarding documents and support new employee orientation.
  • Assist on posting job vacancies and shortlisting, interview process and communicate with Candidates.
  • Manage end to end staffing while categorizing all personal data and Contracts.
  • Assist in coordinating internal and external Training programs and record.
  • Coordinate with Office letters and internal announcements.
  • Assist the payroll team with data entry and salary calculation and
  • Support employee welfare activities and engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and labor Laws.
  • Perform other HR & Admin related duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Must be University graduate (or) final year students are also welcome to apply.
  • Must have a HR, Admin Certificate, more prefer Diploma in Admin / HR Management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Email Communication and Myanmar font (Unicode).
  • At least (1) year of relevant work experience in HR & Admin field.
  • Must be able to commit to a long term and work effectively as part of a team.
