- Coordinate in recruitment process such as making interview appointment schedules, follow up with applicants and presenting at interview session by liaising with line managers.
- Support, maintain and update staff records as timely by hiring, transferring, termination and resignation, sick and personal time.
- Assist and support HR & Admin Department in recruitment & employment process.
- Support all administrative requirements of the office: Phone calls, bookings, travels, stationery and pantry supplies.
- Contact Cooperate with government sector.
- To maintain active communication with different offices and local communities to coordinate variours administrative issues.
- Prepare payment vouchers, petty cash vouchers & journal vouchers for warehouse staff.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff and handle advance payment to warehouses.
- Checks bills with supporting documents of field staff to assist accountant.
- Other duties as assigned.
