- Work on the monthly payroll process accurately and on schedule.
-Supervise compensation and benefits administration, including allowances and employee welfare programs.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave data and HRIS information.
- Support training and development activities including training planning , attendance tracking and evaluation.
- Assist in HR reporting, documentation and compliance with company policies to HR Manager and Head of HR.
- Coordinate with departments on HR- related matters and provide necessary support.
- Ensure strict confidentially and intergrity when handling employee information.
- Prepare, review and provide advice on allowance and employee benefit proposals, including cost calculations, eligibility criteria and policy updates and employee well- being improvment programs.
