Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

- Work on the monthly payroll process accurately and on schedule.

-Supervise compensation and benefits administration, including allowances and  employee welfare programs.

- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave data and HRIS information.

- Support training and development activities including training planning , attendance tracking and evaluation.

- Assist in HR reporting, documentation and compliance with company policies to HR Manager and Head of HR.

- Coordinate with departments on HR- related matters and provide necessary support.

- Ensure strict confidentially and intergrity when handling employee information.

- Prepare, review and provide advice on allowance and employee benefit proposals, including cost calculations, eligibility criteria and policy updates and employee well- being improvment programs.

Job Requirements

- Any graduate, perferably with a Diploma in HRM or HRD.

- Minimum of 3- 5 years of HR experiences, ideally in payroll or compensation- related roles.

- Strong command of English with effective communication skills.

- Proficient computing skills, particularly in MS Excel and payroll systems.

- Solid understanding of payroll processes, labor law requirements and HR procedures.

- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and cofidentially.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
