Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Monitoring  the daily Attandance and leave record
  • Handling employee data updating in Odoo Software and filling proceess
  • Preparing / Calculation payroll ,overtime, allowance of employee in timely
  • SSB Contributions and Personal Income Tax calculation with the Government procedure
  • Support with the timely printing (where relevant) and distribution of payslips to all staff.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Assit to HR Manager upon requirements

Job Requirements

 

  • Any Graduate/ Diploma in HR Management certificate & diploma.
  • Minimum  3years of HR (Payroll) experience
  • Must be skilled in MS Office,E-mail, and internet
  • In-deph knowledge of HR functions, policies and Myanmar Labour law
  • Strong experience in  payroll processing.
  • Odoo Software (Preferred)
  • Good communication skill and Interpersonal skill.
  • Must be able to work independently and can work under pressure
