  • Handling End to end recruitment processes
  • Able to manage employee relation, government relation etc.
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Assist in training and development process
  • Process documentation and maintain relating to personnel activities (recruiting, training, overtime, performance appraising etc).
  • Prepare and submit OT documents required by labor office to ensure legal compliance
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (OT, Absences, leaves, etc)
  • Overview Invoice and expenses management by using system.
  • Maintain Employee Database and Leave Record
  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with all staff
  • Support to answer employee inquiry or request (recommendation letter, policies, etc)
  • Assist in other ad-hoc assign by Management

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management (or related field).
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Familiarity with Myanmar Labour Law and HR practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, multitask, and stay well‑organized.
  • Strong initiative and sense of responsibility.
  • People‑oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Responsible, proactive, and adaptable.
