Job Description

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in manpower planning and recruitment process
  • Post job advertisements and screen applications
  • Arrange interviews and coordinate with department heads
  • Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documents
  • Conduct new employee orientation

Employee Relations

  • Maintain good communication between employees and management
  • Handle employee inquiries and basic disciplinary matters
  • Support employee engagement activities and welfare programs
  • Assist in conflict resolution and grievance handling

Attendance & Leave Management

  • Monitor employee attendance, leave, late and overtime records
  • Prepare monthly attendance reports
  • Ensure proper leave documentation and approvals

Payroll & Compensation Support

  • Support payroll preparation with accurate HR data
  • Coordinate salary adjustments, allowances, and deductions
  • Maintain employee compensation records confidentially

HR Administration

  • Maintain employee personal files and HR database
  • Prepare HR letters, announcements, and reports
  • Update organization charts, employee lists, and HR records
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

Training & Development

  • Coordinate internal and external training programs
  • Maintain training records and evaluation reports
  • Support performance appraisal process

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience
  • Experience in recruitment, payroll, and HR administration preferred

Skills & Competencies

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of labor law and HR practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Teamwork and problem-solving skills

Language

  • Basic English communication skills preferred
  • Myanmar language fluency required
