Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and manage related HR documentation.
Support employee relations by addressing workplace issues and assisting with conflict resolution.
Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data.
Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regular reports for management.
Guide and support junior HR staff in their daily tasks.

Job Requirements
University level education with Diploma in Human Resources or related field.
Experience: At least 2 years working in HR.
Skills:
Understand basic HR tasks like recruitment, attendance, and employee relations.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Able to keep information confidential.
Comfortable using computer programs like Microsoft Word and Excel.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Able to solve problems and work well under pressure.
