Job Summary
Experienced HR professional needed to support daily HR operations, recruitment, training, and employee relations in a fast-paced logistics environment. The role helps ensure smooth workforce management, compliance, and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
● Manage day-to-day HR operations including attendance, records, leave, and employee updates.
● Support end-to-end recruitment, from job posting and screening to interview coordination and onboarding.
● Assist with training needs identification, scheduling, and follow-up on employee development plans.
● Maintain accurate HR data, employee files, and reports while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
● Support employee relations, address basic concerns, and coordinate with departments on HR matters.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Proven experience in HR, recruitment, or training within a company or logistics environment.
● Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor practices, and employment documentation.
● Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills with a professional approach.
● Able to handle confidential information, multitask, and work with accuracy under deadlines.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR-related reporting or record management.
