Job Summary

As an experienced HR Supervisor, you will lead Training and Recruitment processes, while effectively managing employee development, appointments, and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead recruitment processes to select and appoint suitable employees.
Develop training plans, organize employee training sessions, implement, and evaluate them.
Maintain and update HR policies, SOPs, and documentation systematically.
Prepare and present employee records, data, and reports.
Organize and manage HR activity events.
Collaborate with departments to manage staffing, onboarding, attendance, and employee support.

Job Requirements

Holder of a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR Training or Recruitment
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Logistics/Transport industry
Must have good communication and interpersonal skills, with team management ability
Proficient in using MS Office applications
Able to communicate in Burmese (written and spoken) and have basic proficiency in English
