  • Assisting  over all HR and Admin  process 
  • Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
  • Keeping contracts, legal documents and other files updated
  • Collecting CV or Resume
  • Report monthly leave and late comers list.
  • Vehicle Control 
  • New Joiner orientation, follow up & discussion with the related department Head.
  • Prepare Staff welfare.
  • Must be handle overall performance appracial and Explains the employees complain
  • Assist to GM or MD with recruitment, maintain employee records, assist with payroll processing and provide administrative support to all employees.
  • Keeping contracts, legal documents and other files updated

  • Proven work experience in related field
