Human Resources:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR and Admin Manager to oversee the human resources and administrative functions of our organization. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing HR processes, ensuring a positive work environment, and handling day-to-day administrative operations

1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational objectives.

2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.

3. Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns, and promoting a positive workplace culture.

4. Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and coordinate professional development opportunities.

5. Manage employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processes.

6. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, staying informed about changes and updating policies accordingly.

7. Handle employee disciplinary matters and terminations in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

8. Keep abreast of HR trends and best practices to enhance the overall HR function.

9. Professional english 4 skills .

Administration:

1. Supervise and coordinate day-to-day administrative operations.

2. Manage office facilities, including space planning and maintenance.

3. Oversee travel arrangements, accommodations, and related logistics.

4. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and supplies.

5. Manage office budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

6. Handle administrative tasks such as record-keeping, filing, and document management.

7. Implement and maintain efficient office procedures and systems.

8. Support leadership in special projects and initiatives as needed.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a combined HR and Admin role.

- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Proficient in HRIS, MS Office applications, and general office software
