Job_Description:• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives.• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes.• KPIs and appraisal systems are effectively applied.• Training and development programs to enhance employee competencies.• Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance resolution.• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.• Supervise general office operations including facilities,• Ensure proper maintenance of office premises, vehicles, and company assets.• Review and update compensation and benefits structures to ensure competitiveness and fairness.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).• Minimum 7 years of experience in HR & Administration, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.• Strong knowledge of Myanmar labor laws and HR best practices.• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
