● Support recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling.● Update and maintain employee records, HR documents, and confidential personnel files.● Manage attendance, leave records, and related HR data entry accurately.● Handle office admin tasks such as stationery, maintenance coordination, and vendor follow-up.● Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and internal compliance processes.● Support employee engagement activities and other HR-related initiatives as assigned.

Job Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.● 1–2 years of experience in HR/Admin is preferred.● Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Word and Excel.● Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.● Detail-oriented with strong organization and data entry skills.● Basic to intermediate English proficiency.
