Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and systems.
  •  Implement HR operational activities aligned with the organization & goals.
  •  Oversee compensation benefits administration, ensuring compliance.
  •  Manage payroll processing and HR records with accuracy.
  •  Manage recruitment and selection processes to support hiring requests on time.
  •  Innovate hiring practices by using new methods and channels.
  •  Ensure compliance with HR policies & procedures, labor laws, and industrial relations.
  •  To assurance the successful and efficient provision of HR services, collaborate closely with HOD.
  •  Monitor and support the accurate HR Operational budget
  •  Support for disciplinary matters, HR compliance, and other HR tasks.
  •  Maintain and optimize HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  •  Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and engagement programs.
  •  Prepare a weekly and monthly report for recruitment, compensation, and Staff movement situation.

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate, Diploma in Human Resources Management, any relevant
  •  Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in an HR operational role.
  •  Age between 30 to 35 years.
  •  Strong knowledge of HR Management strategies, compensation structures, employee relations, and Myanmar labor laws.
  •  Good Experience in Data analytics skills.
  •  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  •  Proficiency in HRIS, payroll software, and Microsoft Office.
  •  Effective time-management skills; ability to prioritize, follow through with tasks, cover multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. 
  •  Analytical and problem-solving skills for HRM practices.
  •  Strong leadership and team management abilities.
