Job Summary
Experienced HR professional to support daily HR operations, recruitment, training, and employee relations at a manufacturing company in Yangon. This role will report directly to HR Manager and BOD.


Key Responsibilities
● Support end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
● Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation accurately and confidentially.
● Assist with training coordination, performance support, and employee development activities.
● Help implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements across the organization.
● Support employee relations by handling queries, concerns, and routine disciplinary matters.
● Prepare HR reports, letters, and other documents required by management and departments.
● Coordinate with supervisors and staff to ensure smooth daily HR operations and service delivery.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Proven experience in HR, recruitment, training, or employee relations in a manufacturing setting.
● Good knowledge of HR practices, labor regulations, and office administration procedures.
● Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a professional attitude.
● Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and work under pressure.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic HR reporting or record-keeping systems.
● Detail-oriented, organized, and able to collaborate effectively with staff at all levels.
● Experienced Non-Manager candidates are encouraged to apply.
