Job SummarySupport the HR team with daily administrative tasks, recruitment coordination, employee records, and onboarding activities in a fast-paced trading and distribution environment.Key Responsibilities● Assist with recruitment activities, including posting jobs, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.● Maintain accurate employee records, attendance data, and HR documents in a confidential manner.● Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and resigning employees.● Coordinate with departments on HR-related requests, notices, and internal communication.● Help prepare HR reports, letters, forms, and other administrative documents as needed.● Assist in organizing employee engagement, training, and welfare activities.● Ensure HR files and databases are updated, organized, and compliant with company procedures.

Job Requirements
● University level education with Diploma in HR.● Entry-level candidates are welcome.● Good communication and interpersonal skills.● Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and care.● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.● Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.● Willingness to learn, support teamwork, and adapt in a dynamic workplace.● Must be available to work in Mandalay, Chanayethazan Township.
