1. Recruitment & Onboarding
• Handle end-to-end recruitment: posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Maintain updated job descriptions and organizational charts.
• Support the induction and orientation process for new employees.
2. Employee Relations & Communication
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related issues.
• Support in building a healthy work culture, resolving conflicts, and improving staff morale.
• Organize team-building activities and internal communication updates.
3. HR Operations & Documentation
• Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leaves, contracts, performance files, etc.).
• Prepare HR reports and assist in payroll coordination with the finance team.
• Ensure HR policies are implemented consistently across all branches.
4. Performance & Compliance
• Assist in performance appraisal processes and follow up on evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with Myanmar labor laws and internal HR procedures.
• Support audits, documentation, and renewals of employee-related legal requirements.
5. Training & Development
• Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions or workshops.
• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of employee development programs.
