Job Description

  • Perform monthly payroll processing.
  • Handle personal income tax, social security board submissions, and employee contract filings.
  • Maintain and update employee records and recruitment databases.
  • Prepare HR letters (offer, confirmation, warning, etc.).
  • Update employee data in the HR system.
  • Prepare government reports and claims (maternity, medical leave, etc.).
  • Assist in planning and execution of Training & Development courses.
  • Organize and execute employee engagement and welfare activities.
  • Carry out other tasks assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management (or related field).
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Familiarity with Myanmar Labour Law and HR practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, multitask, and stay well‑organized.
  • Strong initiative and sense of responsibility.
  • People‑oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Responsible, proactive, and adaptable.
