  • Attract and recruit the best talents by improving Employer brand.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Assess training needs across departments based on feedback and performance data.Coordinate internal or external learning programs aligned with skill gaps and development plans.
  • Establish the company salary structure, pay policies and oversee the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises.
  • Plan and coordinate learning & development programs to build employee capability.Responsible for implementation of Performance Management System to improve productivity.
  • Propose and implement talent development plan and create talent pipeline for succession planning.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to strengthen workplace culture and morale.
  • Support HR events and wellness programs.
  • Maintain and analyze HR metrics and trends.

Job Requirements

  • Any University Graduate with HR Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or human resources management or equivalent.
  • Minimum (3 to 5) Years working experience in HR Manager Role.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work with all level of staff members, high commitment, and long-term expectation.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
