  • Handle staff grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Prepare monthly payroll data and ensure compliance with wage & labor regulations.
  • Draft employment contracts, policies, and HR-related documents.
  • Provide HR reports (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, etc.) to management.
  • Contribute to HR planning and strategies to improve efficiency and retention.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree .
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in HR, preferably in hospitality or F&B sector.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle late-hour staff shifts if required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
