  • Making Interview schedules, appointments, and bookings
  • Making Orientation programs and when necessary
  • Making EC Contract and SSB process
  • Making HR database system and keep the database always up to date in monthly.
  • Making the appointment, resignation, dismiss and transfer order.
  • Making Job Description and Job Specification.
  • Preparing Organization Chart.
  • Calculating turnover rate.
  • Employee inquiries and complaints and Internal staff relations.
  • Making Monitor the attendance of the staffs.
  • Making Check daily leave list for staffs.
  • Provide necessary documents to staffs.
  • Assist the needs of other Departments.

Job Requirements

  • Basic English Proficiency
  • Prefer who holder of Diploma in HR Management
  • Excellent Skills in HR Systems
  • Strong knowledge of all HR functions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, especially in Power point
  • Must have knowledge in employment and Myanmar Labour law and regulations
