Job Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
Minimum 4–6 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office; HRIS knowledge is preferred.
Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.
