Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including JD preparation, job posting, interviews, and offer letters.
Maintain and update employee records and HR database.
Assist in onboarding, orientation, and employee engagement activities.
Support payroll preparation with attendance, leave, and overtime data.
Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and turnover rate; prepare HR reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor law.
Assist in training, performance appraisals, and staff welfare activities.
Handle employee inquiries and provide day-to-day HR support.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment and general HR operations.
Good knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); HRIS experience is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking ability.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
