  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll data accurately
  • Address employee inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
  • Assist in performance appraisal processes and training arrangements
  • Implement HR policies in compliance with labor regulations
  • Prepare HR reports for management review
