  1. Familiarity with HR Best Practices, Labor Laws
  2. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with employees and management.
  3. Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in HR record-keeping and documentation.
  4. Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
  5. Ability to address routine HR issues and escalate complex matters to HR management when necessary.
  6. Collaborative and willing to work as part of a team to achieve HR objectives.
  7. Ability to handle sensitive HR information with confidentially and discretion.
  8. Proficient in using Microsoft, including word processing, excel, email and calendar management tools.
  9. Proven leadership and team management skills to guide and motivate the administrative team.
  10. Excellent verbal and written communication skill to interact effectively with employees, management, clients and external stakeholders
  11. Strong Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
  12. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in overseeing data entry and document preparation.
  13. Resourceful in addressing administrative challenges and implementing solutions.
  14. Demonstrated professionalism, confidentiality and reliability in handling sensitive information.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or Human Resources Management Diploma & Administrative Management
  2. If Bachelor’s Degree, must have Human Resources Management Certificate & Administrative Management  Certificate
  3. Able to use Microsoft
  4. Typically, 2 – 3 years of HR Experiences & administrative role with exposure to various HR functions
