Viya Health Myanmar is looking for Human Resources Executive to manage the day-to-day human resources functions and provide direct support to the Country Head. This role will cover end-to-end HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination,  compliance, performance management, and assist in the Country Head’s daily operations.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Country Head by supporting daily operations, coordination, and administrative tasks.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviewing, hiring, contracting and onboarding.
  • Drive performance management and provide skill development opportunities as necessary.
  • Handle leave management, attendance tracking, and internal HR communications.
  • Manage the payroll process including compensation calculation, handling deductions, and ensuring compliance with tax laws, SSB, and regulations.
  • Systematically maintain and update employee data and personnel files. 
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company HR policies.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and support positive employee relations.
  • Prepare HR status reports and updates for the Country Head.

Job Requirements

  • At least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in human resources, business administration, or other relevant fields.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of HR operation experience.
  • Should have a good understanding & knowledge of local labor laws, HR theories and practices.
  • Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite and other applications).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, and able to communicate effectively across all levels of employees.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills in both English and Myanmar.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
  • High sense of responsibility, accountability, and time management skills, 
  • Close attention to details and accuracy, trustworthy, organized, and able to work independently
