Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes such as job posting, screening, interviews, and on boarding.
  • Coordinate overseas recruitment activities and liaise with international agents and partners for oversea Brahcnes.
  • Handle visa, work permit, and related applications for local and overseas employees.
  • Prepare employment contracts and maintain accurate HR documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with overseas HR teams, agents, Company Stakeholders and government offices.
  • Support the HR Manager with ad-hoc HR and administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor’s Degree with HR Management Diploma, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum ( 3 ) years of experience in HR & Admin, preferably with overseas recruitment exposure.
  • Good knowledge of visa and work permit application procedures.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Respectful communication style with colleagues, candidates, and external partners.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, and positive in attitude.
  • High integrity and commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
