  • Manage recruitment and selection processes.
  • Prepare appointment, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and termination documents.
  • Maintain employee records and HR database.
  • Handle attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee benefits.
  • Conduct employee orientation and onboarding.
  • Arrange staff training and development programs.
  • Develop HR policies and ensure compliance.
  • Handle employee performance appraisal.
  • Resolve employee grievances professionally.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports for Management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA (HRM) will be an advantage.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience.
  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry is preferred.
