We are currently looking for an HR Operations Executive position to support our HR Consultation Projects to Clients in Myanmar.  The position is to be based in Yangon, Myanmar and reporting to the HR Operations Manager.

The role involves coordinating day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth workforce deployment, and supporting end-to-end HR project execution.

 

Responsibilities

  • Be part of the outsourced HR Operation Team
  • Coordinate, review and response to the HR related inquiries or requests
  • Communicate and corporate with internal cross-functional teams
  • Manage and coordinate outsourced manpower across client sites
  • Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and offboarding processes  
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Monitor attendance, contracts, and workforce records
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate documentation
  • Facilitating disciplinarily meetings, redundancies and terminations from time to time.
  • Assist with relocation of expatriate if coming from oversea.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree holder with Certificate/Diploma in Human Resources and/or Business Administration
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in HR field
  • Effective communication skills 
  • In-depth knowledge in Myanmar Labor Law and practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel) and Google products (Gmail, Meet, Drive, etc)
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines   
  • Ability to work effectively as a Team member
  • Language: must be communicable in English
