 We are looking for 2 talented HR Executives to join our team:(Talent Acquisition Specialist / Payroll Executive)

• Manage recruitment functions, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes

• Handle payroll processing for local and overseas branches accurately and on time
• Support visa and work permit processes for employees
• Coordinate with overseas teams on contracts, attendance, and HR-related matters
• Maintain employee personal data and HR records properly
• Prepare recruitment reports, HR reports, and payroll analysis for management
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and smooth HR operational processes
• Perform other HR tasks assigned by the Head of HR

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or any related field

• Minimum ( 3 ) years of relevant HR experience in recruitment, payroll, and HR operations
• Good English communication skills (you will work closely with international teams)
• Strong experience in recruitment, interviewing, and talent acquisition processes
• Good understanding of payroll processing, salary structure, and labor compliance
• Knowledge of labor law and payroll practices in Cambodia, Thailand, and Malaysia is a strong advantage
• Strong coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail with strong accuracy in reporting and calculations

• Calm, positive, and professional attitude in handling daily work challenges
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Professional, proactive, and responsible with strong teamwork spirit
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, adaptability, and commitment to work excellence
