Job Summary
The HR Executive need to support the daily operations of the Human Resources department at Sisburma. This role is responsible for recruitment, employee records management, HR administration, and supporting employee engagement initiatives to ensure smooth HR operations across Sisburma stores and head office.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Support payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
- Assist in performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes
- Handle employee relations issues and support grievance handling
- Ensure compliance with Myanmar labor laws and company policies
- Support training and development programs
- Prepare HR reports, letters, and documentation (contracts, confirmation letters, warnings, etc.)
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
- Support employee engagement and HR initiatives

Job Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in an HR role
- Good knowledge of Myanmar labor laws and HR practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Strong organisational and time-management skills

Preferred Skills
- Experience in recruitment and payroll coordination
- Knowledge of HR systems or HR software
- Problem-solving and conflict management skills
- Team-oriented with a proactive mindset
