Join Lucky Diamond in Yangon’s Pabedan Township as an HR Executive focused on recruitment and talent support. You will help build a strong workforce for a respected jewellery/gems business through efficient hiring, coordination, and candidate experience.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, screening, interviews, and offer coordination.
• Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and support timely hiring for open positions.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and hiring documentation.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate professionally with candidates and internal teams.
• Support onboarding activities and assist with basic HR administration as needed.
• Build positive candidate experiences and help strengthen employer branding efforts.

• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional approach.
• Good interview coordination, follow-up, and candidate evaluation skills.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies and work under deadlines with attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable maintaining recruitment reports and records.
• Experience in the jewellery/gems industry is an advantage (prefer), Retail Sale.
• Based in Yangon and able to work in Pabedan Township.
