Job Summary

We are seeking a high-caliber HR Executive to lead our core people operations. In this role you will be supervising a team of HR Officers to ensure day-to-day excellence while providing critical data and insights to the Head of Service. You aren't just managing files; you are managing the people who manage our people.

  • Assist in job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Support initiatives for employee engagement, recognition, and wellness.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
  • Assist in performance appraisal processes.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Assist with payroll processing, leaves, and benefits administration.
  • Supervise HR Officers/Senior Officers, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.

Job Requirements

Who you are expected?

You are expected to know local labor law, demonstrate enthusiasm, punctual person and to supervise the team. Good communication skills.

Qualification

Any Graduate with HR background and relevant HR diploma.
