The Opportunity

We are seeking a hands-on HR Manager to be the cornerstone of our people operations. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing all essential HR and administrative processes from the ground up. You will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, full legal compliance, and a supportive environment for our growing team. Key Responsibilities

  • HR Operations & Compliance: Manage the entire payroll process with 100% accuracy. Ensure timely and correct calculation and submission of all statutory contributions. Maintain and update employee records, handbooks, and HR policies in full compliance with Myanmar labor laws.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process—from job posting and screening to interviewing and offering. Execute a structured onboarding program for all new hires.
  • Employee Relations & Support: Act as the primary point of contact for all employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and regulations. Proactively address and resolve employee relations issues professionally and confidentially.
  • Administrative Management: Oversee general office administration. Manage relationships with vendors for office supplies, utilities, and other services.
  • Project Support: Provide crucial operational support to the CEO and management team in implementing new HR initiatives, including data gathering, scheduling, and communications.

Job Requirements

Requirements and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4 to 6 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, with deep, hands-on experience in Myanmar payroll and statutory compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of Myanmar Labor Law, employment regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Myanmar language.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS software is a plus.
