Job Description

  • HR Strategy & Policy Management: Formulate, implement, and review the company's HR strategies and policies.
  • Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment and selection processes to ensure key vacancies are filled in a timely manner.
  • Compensation & Performance Management: Oversee and manage compensation and benefits, salary reviews, and performance evaluation processes.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance cases effectively.
  • Process Documentation: Develop, maintain, and update HR policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and HR procedures.
  • Operations & Payroll Supervision: Supervise and review attendance, leave management, overtime (OT), and payroll processing.
  • Training & Development: Plan, organize, and execute employee training and development programs.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure all operations strictly comply with Myanmar Labour Law and company policies.
  • Budget & Departmental Management: Manage the HR budget and oversee day-to-day HR department operations.
  • Organizational Development: Partner with the management team and various departments to support overall organizational development.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and present HR reports and workforce analysis to senior management.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of (5) years of experience in HR Management, with at least (2) years of experience at the Managerial level.
  • Functional Expertise: Proficient understanding of Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, and Employee Relations.
  • Legal & Best Practices: Sound knowledge of Myanmar Labour Law and HR Best Practices.
  • Documentation Skills: Ability to draft and develop HR Policies, Procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software applications.
  • Integrity: Proven ability to handle and maintain strictly confidential information.
  • Language: Basic to intermediate proficiency in the English language.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with an HR Diploma, MBA, Diploma in HRM, or relevant Professional Certifications will be given priority/preference.
