Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet manpower requirements.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding coordination.
Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
Create and update job descriptions and recruitment advertisements.
Source candidates through JobNet , social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
Conduct interviews and coordinate final interviews with hiring managers.
Perform reference and background checks where required.
Prepare job offers, employment contracts, and other recruitment documents.
Maintain recruitment databases and prepare recruitment reports (time-to-hire, hiring status, recruitment cost, etc.).
Build and maintain relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and professional networks.
Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor laws.
Manage and coach recruitment team members to achieve hiring targets.
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.
Participate in HR projects and perform other HR duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in a Supervisor or Manager role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and interview techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and HR software.
