-Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy-Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues-Managing the recruitment and selection process-Nurture a positive working environment-Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance-Assess training needs and develop training program-Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management-To Handle all Tech recruiting process from end to end process smoothly-Responsible in preparing materials and posting jobs ads to appropriate job board-Sourcing and recruiting candidates using online or offline-Screenings candidate resumes and job applications-Direct report to MD

Job Requirements
-Bachelor Degree in any graduate who really interested in recruiting.-Experience in recruiting, attracting suitable candidate-Strong in computing skill, interpersonal skill and teamwork player.-Able to communicate with any position level including Senior Management level.-Good English in 4 Skills-Excellent active listening, negotiation and social skills
