  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations while performing HR tasks.
  • Have a thorough understanding of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
  • Maintain employee records and data systematically and accurately.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process from start to finish.
  • Plan and organize employee orientation programs and training sessions.
  • Handle payroll preparation and ensure payroll processes are accurate and efficient.
  • Possess strong reporting skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Demonstrate initiative, a proactive work attitude, and positive thinking.
  • Have good knowledge of Social Security Board (SSB) regulations and Income Tax requirements.
  • Implement new HR policies and initiatives in accordance with the company's culture and organizational needs.
  • Possess sound knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and labor regulations.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management efficiently and professionally.

Job Requirements

  • Age: 30–45 years.
  • Must hold a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
  • Must possess a Diploma or Certificate in HR & Administration Management or a related field.
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience working at the HR Manager level.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email.
  • Must have good moral character, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Must be in good health and capable of serving as a long-term employee.
