  • Assist in planning and executing annual and mid-year performance appraisal cycles.
  • Support managers and employees in setting, monitoring, and updating performance goals.
  • Maintain HRIS/performance management tools, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
  • Encourage continuous feedback by coordinating sessions between employees.
  • Prepare performance reports and dashboards for HR leadership and management teams.
  • Assist in organizing workshops and training sessions on performance evaluation and goal setting.
  • Support initiatives that enhance employee motivation and career development.
  • Assist in conducting promotion examinations for junior-level employees when necessary.
  • Ability to work flexibly and cooperatively in any workplace situation.

Job Requirements

  • 4–5 years of HR experience, preferably in performance management or HR operations.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and performance management software.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Strong Communication and People skills.
