Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Facilitate recruiting process and select qualified candidates and report to HR Manager.
  • Created employer branding content and promoted the company’s brand image across social media platforms to attract potential candidates. (LinkedIn, Facebook, Company Web)
  • Responsible for conducting orientation programs for newly hired staff.
  • Coordinate the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely evaluations and constructive feedback.
  • Support managers in setting KPIs and development goals for their teams.
  • Overall managements monthly payroll processing.
  • Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, benefits, overtime, and deductions.
  • Administer employee benefits including allowances, bonuses, incentives, and leave encashments.
  • Manage HRIS for attendance, leave, and employee data.
  • Provide support in preparing monthly HR reports.
  • Prepare HR budgeting and cost control for departmental activities.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the HR Manager or Senior Management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 4–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist or senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software (e.g., Global HR Cloud, HRIS platforms).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
