1.Recruitment & Selection

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing, hiring),Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs 

2. Employee Relations

  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution & Support communication between employees and management

3. Performance Management

  • Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems & Support KPI setting and performance evaluation processes

4. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and organize development programs, Coordinate internal and external training sessions & Support career development and succession planning initiatives

5. HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases &  Oversee attendance, leave, and HR documentation

6. Compensation & Benefits

  • Assist in salary reviews, payroll coordination, and benefits administration & Ensure accuracy of payroll-related data

7. Policy & Compliance

  • Implement HR policies and procedures & Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
  • Assist the HR Manager in strategic planning & Support workforce planning and organizational development, Participate in and lead HR-related projects when required
