Monthly payroll administration and transaction arrangement for all employee
Responsible for updating employee database in HR system such as new employee registration, resignation, promotion, and transfer etc.
Responsible for payment and report related to government authorities as needed (SSB, labor, income tax, Employment Contract etc.)
Keep track and monitoring leaves and attendance records for all employee and to act necessary action
Assisting HR Manager to prepare HR related orders/letter and filing in related file.
Responsible for all employee personal files are systemic and update in both manual & HRMS System to be in time, to accurate and keep confidential

Job Requirements

Any degree and Dip/Certificate in Human Resources or related field is preferable
Minimum (3) Yrs. and above as payroll specialist/ C&B officer experience in factory background
Great command of MS Office, and have experiences in HRIS or HRMS is preferable
Good Understanding of labor laws, SSB laws and Process and income tax process of employees
Great interpersonal skills and communication skills
Willing to work in team manner
Willing to learn and improve one's skill
