  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process 
  • Maintain employee records and HR database accurately 
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll support 
  • Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues 
  • Ensure compliance with Myanmar labor laws and company policies 
  • Assist in performance management and training coordination 
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation 
  • Work with HR software / HRIS system for employee data, attendance, and HR operations

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 
  • Minimum 2 years of HR Generalist experience 
  • Strong knowledge of Myanmar labor law and HR practices 
  • Experience or familiarity with HR Software / HRIS (e.g., Better HR, or similar systems) 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) 
  • Able to handle confidential information professionally
