  • Review and monitor employees' monthly Job Descriptions (JD), Job Specifications (JS), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist in HR operations, including recruitment, candidate selection, payroll processing, and overall HR administration.
  • Handle management-related responsibilities as assigned.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in consultation with management.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and communication skills in daily HR operations.

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
  • Diploma or professional certification in Human Resources is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
