Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Manage Team daily attendance records, leave applications, and maintain accurate employee attendance data.
  • Monitor attendance and prepare monthly attendance reports for payroll processing.
  • Handle employee documentation, personal files, and maintain HR records in an organized and confidential manner.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and clearance procedures.
  • Liaise with government offices for administrative requirements.
  • Prepare and submit reports, letters, and other official documents to relevant government authorities and internal management.
  • Support recruitment activities, including arranging interviews, coordinating with candidates, and preparing employment documents.
  • Assist in implementing company policies, procedures, and disciplinary processes in compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Manage office administration matters, including office supplies, stationery, and general administrative support.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth HR and administrative operations.
  • Maintain and update employee databases, HR reports, and other administrative records accurately and timely.
  • Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or related fields experience.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR and Administration functions
  • Strong knowledge of Myanmar Labor Law, attendance management, and employee record administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Able to travel when required and work under pressure.
  • Good problem-solving and reporting skills.
  • Immediate joiners will be given priority.
